Kwakhanya - Stillness Tea

Brew. Pour. Become.

This is the tea I make when I need to stop and just be. Rosemary, basil, hibiscus helichrysum. A simple blend of things that grow close to the earth and taste like a quiet afternoon.

It's not complicated. Just herbs, hot water and a few minutes of your time. But somehow, that's enough to shift your whole day.

Why I made it:

· To create a moment of stillness in a cup
· To use ingredients that feel honest and natural
· To remind you that slowing down is not a luxury, it's a necessity

How to use:
Pour hot water over a teaspoon of the blend. Let it steep for a few minutes. Sit down, strain,  hold the cup and breathe.

Drink slowly. Return gently.
